  3. Configure Compiled ExileAPI for use with Path of Exile

    To ensure the overlay displays correctly, you must meet the following system and game requirements:

    System Requirements

    • Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable
    • .NET 10.0
    • DirectX 9 redistributable
    • Windows Aero transparency effects: Must be enabled. If you encounter a black screen, this is likely the cause.
    • Windows Scaling: Should be set to 100%.

    Game Settings

    • Display Mode: Path of Exile must be running in Windowed or Windowed Fullscreen mode. Pure Fullscreen mode prevents the overlay from drawing over the game window.

  4. Ensure correct file encoding and location for user-provided files

    When providing custom files for the BasicFlaskRoutine plugin, ensure they meet the following requirements to avoid errors:

    1. Encoding: All files must be in UTF-8 format.
    2. Directory Structure: Files should be placed in the directory one level above the current folder if they are being replaced or updated.

    Note: These files are user-provided and their functionality is not guaranteed by the core system.
